Contact us and we'll review your activation. If applicable, we reissue the eSIM or process a refund.
What coverage is included?
Data coverage in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic with available local carriers.
How long does the plan last?
The validity starts when you activate the eSIM and lasts the number of days shown in the plan.
Why do I see "LOFA Group" on my bank statement?
Bingo eSIM is a brand of LOFA Group. The charge on your card will appear as "LOFA Group" — this is completely legitimate and corresponds to your eSIM purchase.
